Refunds & Returns Policy
At CoffeeStory, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product(s) to initiate a refund or return.
Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased, we offer a full refund for the cost of the product. The refund will be processed once we receive the returned product in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately to arrange for a return or exchange. We will cover the cost of the return shipping and send a replacement product or issue a refund upon receipt of the damaged or defective product.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds or returns for products that have been opened or used, unless the product is damaged or defective.
We aim to process all refunds and returns as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 business days for processing.
